Hello and welcome to ELEV8 Consulting! My name is Susie Irvine, and I'm the founder of this company. I started ELEV8 Consulting in 2023 after my daughter Ella was born. It was then that I realised the importance of work-life balance and the impact that it has on individuals and their families. I wanted to create a business that could help individuals and companies reach their full potential and "elevate" their output, hence the name ELEV8 Consulting.
I have been working in the vocational, injury prevention, and management sector for over 10 years, helping Commonwealth and State Government Employers as well as Private Businesses support their workforce. Prior to starting ELEV8 Consulting, I worked with a reputable national occupational rehabilitation company, but I knew that I could make a bigger impact on individuals and businesses by going out on my own.
I have successfully managed a large multimillion-dollar worker's compensation and life insurance portfolio, providing dedicated and tailored customer service to ensure my customers have a positive experience and receive the highest quality services.
My education and experience have given me a vast range of skills to help employers ensure their workforce is safe, supported, and working to their highest potential. I have worked one-on-one with many individuals through vocational counselling, job seeking support, injury prevention assessments, training, and return-to-work support. I am an Accredited Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) Rehabilitation Counsellor, an Approved Comcare Rehabilitation Provider and a Nationally recognised Accredited NMAS Workplace Mediator.
I hold a Bachelor of Health and Rehabilitation Science from Charles Sturt University, a Master of Rehabilitation Counselling from Griffith University, and I'm currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Psychology of Business and Management from Curtin University. Additionally, I have completed Mediation Facilitation training with the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) through the Mediation Institute.
I am passionate about helping individuals and companies achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
