Empower Your People to Recharge, Recover, and Thrive

RenewYou is a tailored one-on-one psychosocial program designed to support you on your journey to healing from declined mental health.

Introducing our innovative health coaching program RenewYou

RenewYou is a structured and evidence-informed coaching program designed to build Psychological Capital—also known as PsyCap—which research has shown to be a critical predictor of workplace performance, wellbeing, and resilience.

Rooted in positive psychology,

RenewYou helps individuals enhance their internal resources by targeting four core domains:

  • Hope – creating pathways thinking and building motivation to pursue meaningful goals

  • Efficacy – increasing confidence in one’s ability to overcome challenges and succeed

  • Resilience – developing skills to bounce back from setbacks and maintain equilibrium

  • Optimism – promoting a positive future outlook and reframing negative thought patterns

Each session is deliberately structured to explore one of these four areas, using a blend of psychoeducation, reflective coaching, practical exercises, and between-session activities to embed new ways of thinking and behaving. Participants are guided through a personalised journey, supported by a dedicated workbook that helps track mindset shifts and reinforce strategies.

What sets RenewYou apart is its strong foundation in the evidence-based Psychological Capital (PsyCap) model.  Unlike traditional approaches that focus on managing symptoms, RenewYou is strengths-focused—designed to build capacity, confidence, and a positive mindset.

Why is having an increased psychological capital so beneficial?

Increased psychological capital equips individuals with the mental resources needed to navigate challenges effectively and seize opportunities. By developing hope, resilience, self-efficacy, and optimism, people not only enhance their performance but also build a foundation for lasting wellbeing and growth in all areas of life. Here’s why having an increased psychological capital so beneficial:

Improved Psychological and Physical Well-being

PsyCap positively influences overall well-being by reducing stress and enhancing life satisfaction. This improved state of well-being supports individuals in their journey back to work, as they are better equipped to handle the demands and challenges of their job roles (Oxford University Press).

Individuals with high PsyCap feel more empowered and resourceful. This empowerment translates into a greater ability to navigate the return-to-work process, leveraging their enhanced psychological resources to overcome obstacles and achieve success in their roles (PositivePsychology.com).

High levels of PsyCap are strongly linked to improved job satisfaction and performance. Employees with higher PsyCap are more confident, optimistic, resilient, and hopeful, which significantly contributes to their ability to return to work successfully and perform effectively (PositivePsychology.com) (Oxford University Press).

Employees with high PsyCap are less likely to exhibit absenteeism and turnover intentions. This suggests that these individuals are not only more likely to return to work but also to remain engaged and committed once they do (PositivePsychology.com).

Employees who exhibit a lack of belief in their ability to achieve work-related goals or handle challenging tasks may benefit from programs that build confidence and self-efficacy skills.

Difficulty bouncing back from setbacks or workplace stress
Individuals who struggle to bounce back from setbacks or exhibit prolonged emotional or mental distress following workplace challenges need support to rebuild their resilience.

Pessimistic outlook affecting motivation and performance
Employees displaying pessimism about their future at work, low motivation to engage, or a general sense of hopelessness about overcoming current difficulties require intervention to restore positive thinking.

Ongoing workplace conflicts impacting team dynamics
Employees experiencing ongoing conflicts with colleagues or customers, leading to stress and impacting their overall performance, benefit from relationship and communication skills development.

Psychological obstacles preventing successful workplace reintegration Content:

Persistent high stress levels with burnout risk
Employees who consistently report high levels of stress related to their job, especially those who may be at risk of burnout, require stress management and resilience-building interventions.

External life challenges impacting professional productivity
Employees dealing with significant personal issues (e.g., family problems, health issues) that are negatively impacting their work behavior and productivity need holistic support approaches.

Social disconnection and reduced workplace engagement
Employees who have become withdrawn or isolated, avoiding social interactions or team activities, potentially as a coping mechanism for stress, require re-engagement strategies.
