Empowering individuals to rebuild, reframe, and rise stronger.

A personalised counselling program that supports individuals recovering from injury or illness by addressing both the emotional and psychological aspects of recovery.

Introducing ELEV8 Consulting's Phoenix - Rise After Injury

Phoenix is more than just a counselling program—it’s a guided journey through the emotional complexities that often accompany injury, illness, or significant life disruption. Named for the mythical symbol of renewal, Phoenix is designed to help individuals rise from the challenges they face with renewed strength, clarity, and direction.

This structured adjustment-to-injury program recognises that recovery is not solely physical. For many, the emotional impact of an injury—grief, frustration, fear, loss of identity—can be just as significant as the physical symptoms. Phoenix bridges this gap by providing therapeutic support that validates the emotional experience, strengthens psychological resilience, and restores hope.

Delivered by experienced counsellors, Phoenix uses evidence-based frameworks such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and narrative approaches to help participants process their experience, reframe unhelpful thinking, and move toward a more empowered sense of self. Each session is tailored to the individual’s journey, offering a safe and confidential space to explore the personal impact of injury and reconnect with purpose.

Whether you’re navigating sudden change, grappling with a delayed recovery, or feeling stuck in your return-to-life or work pathway, Phoenix offers the tools and support needed to rebuild from within. Through this program, individuals are not only supported through adjustment—they are equipped to thrive beyond it.
