Our Ergonomic Assessment Options

Comprehensive Ergonomic Assessment (Home or Office)

A thorough assessment designed for higher complexity needs, persistent discomfort, or when a detailed plan is required. We review workstation set-up, work patterns and job demands, then provide practical on-the-day adjustments where possible. A detailed written report is provided with prioritised recommendations, implementation guidance and equipment advice where appropriate.

Best suited to:

  • persistent or escalating discomfort
  • injury management contexts
  • complex set-ups (dual monitors, non-standard equipment, variable work tasks)
  • cases where detailed reporting is needed for implementation

Standard Ergonomic Assessment (Home or Office)

A streamlined ergonomic screen using a structured checklist to confirm core workstation fundamentals and essential risk controls. This option is ideal when you need quick confirmation of safe set-up basics and targeted advice, without a full detailed assessment.

Best suited to:

  • quick set-up checks
  • low-complexity needs
  • high-volume rollouts where a short screen is sufficient
  • workers requesting basic ergonomic guidance

Virtual Ergonomic Assessment (Home or Office)

A remote assessment delivered via video, providing real-time set-up coaching and tailored recommendations. This option is ideal for remote workers, regional locations, or when an on-site visit is not required. We review workstation layout, work habits and task demands using guided camera positioning and discussion.

Best suited to:

  • remote and hybrid workforces
  • interstate teams
  • time-sensitive support
  • home office set-ups

Office Sweep (High-Volume Walk-Through)

A high-volume, practical service designed for office moves, new fit-outs or large teams. Each staff member receives a brief set-up check and quick adjustments where possible. This service focuses on consistent application of ergonomic fundamentals across the workforce, supported by simple guidance resources.

Best suited to:

  • new offices or office relocations
  • hot-desk or shared workspaces
  • onboarding for large teams
  • improving workstation consistency across a site

Neurodiversity-Informed Ergonomic Assessment (Home or Office)

A comprehensive workstation and work-demand assessment that includes standard ergonomic set-up, plus a neurodiversity-informed review of sensory load and environmental fit. We consider factors such as lighting and glare, noise and interruptions, visual load and workspace clutter, seating and movement needs, attention supports (eg zoning, cues, workflow set-up), and strategies to reduce cognitive fatigue and improve sustainability. A detailed written report is provided with prioritised recommendations and practical implementation steps.

Best suited to:

  • workers who experience sensory sensitivity or focus fatigue
  • open-plan environments with high distraction
  • requests requiring environmental fit considerations
  • supporting sustainable work participation through practical adjustments

See the Impact

“Elly was very professional. She listened to the issues I have with my back and neck and discussed options to assist with these. She assisted setting up my workstation including monitors, chairs and desk, to the correct height and recommended a smaller keyboard for my hands and so the mouse wasn’t so far away.”

“Jonathan was a great listener and took the time to understand my specific concerns. I really appreciated how he tailored his recommendations based on my needs and explained them clearly. He was also very prompt in responding to my emails, which made the process smooth and efficient. His positive attitude and professionalism made a gib difference. Thank you for your support. “
