Thrive and Flourish is a transformative health and wellness coaching program developed by ELEV8 Consulting to support individuals experiencing psychological distress linked to perceived workplace injustice.

This evidence-informed program empowers participants to reframe their experiences, build resilience, and move from blame and rumination toward acceptance, growth, and future-focused goals. Designed for individuals impacted by bullying, harassment, unresolved grievances, or a sense of alienation at work, Thrive and Flourish provides practical tools for shifting mindset and restoring wellbeing.

Participants engage in six to eight one-on-one coaching sessions supported by a self-reflection and journaling workbook. Sessions are delivered via secure videoconferencing, ensuring flexibility and accessibility. Between sessions, clients are encouraged to engage in guided exercises to deepen insights, track progress, and integrate new strategies into daily life.
